Official Notices for: United Kingdom Government Officials, Police, Law Enforcement Officers, Judiciary and Law Courts, Councils, Corporations, Emergency Services, Utility Providers, Royal Mail and Delivery Services, Agents, Military and Civil Aviation Authorities, UK citizens and other non-citizens of the Royal House and Kingdom of Newland.

Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent, Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal.

It is not the intention of H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or any appellation used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or the Royal House and Kingdom/Dominion of Newland, or the Royal Court, to harass, intimidate, offend, conspire, blackmail, coerce or cause anxiety, alarm or distress. These official notices are presented with honourable and peaceful intentions and are expressively for the benefit to those parties and authorities to whom they apply, to provide them with due diligence and an opportunity to adjust and rectify their intentions and actions accordingly. These lawful official notices are designed to be used as evidence in court if needed and are intended to enlighten and protect those parties, and UK authorities from attracting civil and criminal liability in relation to their actions.

N001: Law and Legality (i) Sovereign Immunity: By the Act of State H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or any appellation used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, is a protected independent Sovereign entity of the Royal House and Kingdom/Dominion of Newland, and also of the land Albion, now called Great Britain. H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland understands under no authority of the United Kingdom and he does not submit to UK jurisdiction, or any foreign jurisdiction. (jure imperii).  In his exercise of his sovereign authority he has claimed his executive legitimate right of Sovereign Immunity, which is held on file by the UK Home Office, and also by the The Lady Chief Justice The Right Honourable the Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill at the Judiciary Office, and also by King Charles III at His Majesty's Office of State at Buckingham Palace; and which cannot be rescinded or revoked. In H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland's exercise of his sovereign authority, in either private or public, he cannot be held liable for any deed or action he commits (rex non potest peccare). He must not be challenged, controlled or interfered with by Courts of Law, or be impeded under any circumstances, and whatever may be, Courts of Law must accept it as it is, without question, (par in parrem non  habet imperium). Any unlawful actions to the contrary by any authority or power, but not limited to courts, police or military, will result in very serious legal consequences that no solicitor or judge will be able to help them evade. Any persons, agent, or body, official or otherwise breaching H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland's legitimate right of Sovereignty and unhindered movement will be considered entering into a legally binding contract with the Royal House and Kingdom of Newland: See fig 1. below. NOTE: A legally binding Affidavit made by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, (King Robert III), the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, under, and in agreement with the internationally accepted Maxims and Principles of Law, confirming the facts of the matter has been implemented and is now enforceable by law, therefore nobody, no corporation, no government, no MP, no minister, no judge, no law court, no heraldic authority, no worldly power of state, or other high authority, can challenge H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland's Sovereignty; they must accept it all as fact, without question.

N001: Law and Legality (ii) Right of Existence: The Royal House and Kingdom/Dominion of Newland is independent of the United Kingdom with full sovereignty and rights of self-determination, self-governance and self-reliance. The Government of the Kingdom of Newland is an Absolute Monarchy (Free Royalty). The Caput Regnum (geo Kingdom of Newland state) as a person and state of international law possess the following qualifications: a permanent population; a defined territory; a government; and a capacity to enter into diplomatic relations with other states. Thus meeting the obligations and criteria of the Montevideo Convention of 1933 in its article 1:

N001: Law and Legality (iii) Defense: The Royal House and Kingdom/Dominion of Newland has no geo-political agenda nor officiates any trade agreements, it upholds a honest code of chivalry and stands for mutual respect, freedom and goodwill to all people. It is a peaceful family/state with no ambition or desire to enter into any conflict or war. It will however uphold its own sovereign right of self-defense and will defend its family members, sovereignty and territorial integrity without measure against any hostile action, invasion or otherwise towards it. NOTE: Any United Kingdom Crown Authority stops at the boundary of the Caput Regnum border (geo Kingdom of Newland), property. To proceed beyond that point is a recognized Act of War. Any hostile action or invasion directed at either H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or to the Caput Regnum (geo Kingdom/Dominion of Newland), or the Royal Court or any Royal Sovereign State Vehicle or private conveyance owned or used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or any other member of the House of Newland, or Royal Court, may trigger our right of self defense.  WARNING: Deadly Force is authorized!

N001: Law and Legality (iv) Claims: The Royal House of Newland, does not give its consent to, or conspire with any unlawful or illegal practices. Any threats or unlawful fraudulent claims, willful stated intent, or criminal demands, against H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or any appellation used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or, any member of the Royal Household, or Royal Court, will be considered as a willful and belligerent act of terrorism, and those responsible will be held accountable for their actions, and will be prosecuted! Ignorance of the law is no excuse! Neither is claiming the Nuremburg defense: 'I was following orders,' or 'just doing my job'. NOTE: This serves as your warning!

N001: Law and Legality (v) Legal Orders and Penalties: Warrants, fines and other types of lawful and legal authorization, either by Judges or magistrates or other persons, or bodies of authority and power have no lawful or legal power or jurisdiction over either H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or any appellation used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or the Caput Regnum (geo Kingdom/Dominion of Newland), The Royal Household, or the Royal Court. Any such orders or fines issued to either H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or any appellation used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James  of the House of Newland, or to the Caput Regnum (geo Kingdom/Dominion of Newland), or to the Royal Household, or Royal Court, or to any Sovereign State Vehicle or private conveyance owned or used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland is a violation of Royal Newland sovereignty and territorial integrity. Also any persons, agent, or body, official or otherwise issuing such an order will be considered entering into a legally binding contract with the Royal House and Kingdom of Newland, as detailed below: See fig 1.

N001: Law and Legality (vi) Legal Auto and Traffic Orders and Penalties:

It is unlawful for any person/persons including but NOT limited to; Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs), DVLA Officers and/or their 3rd party Agents, Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs), Private Revenue Collection Officers (PRCOs), or Traffic Wardens, to film, photograph or attach anything to any Sovereign State Vehicle or private conveyance owned or used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland., or any appellation used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, including but NOT limited to; Parking Notices (PCNs) and or Wheel Clamps for any purpose including but NOT limited to generating revenue. Also any persons, agent, or body, official or otherwise issuing such an order will be considered entering into a legally binding contract with the Royal House and Kingdom of Newland as detailed above: See fig 1.

N001: Law and Legality (vii) Property & Goods: It is unlawful for non authorized persons including but NOT limited to foreign powers, UK government citizens and government entities, such as government body subsidiaries, corporations, agents or private bodies or persons to clamp, obstruct, tow, remove, seize, confiscate, impound, damage, destroy, use or borrow, or to direct, or authorize, or aid or  abet other persons to do the same, to any Royal Sovereign State Vehicle or private conveyance, or any property, goods, title deeds or other inanimate or living object, chattel or thing, owned or used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland or any appellation used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, or other members of the Royal Newland Household or Royal Court. NOTE: Any such violation may trigger our right of self defense.  WARNING: Deadly Force is authorized!

N001: Law and Legality (viii) Heraldic Property: All Royal Newland heraldic emblems, insignias, armorial bearings, blazons, cyphers, banners of arms, and instruments of creation are subject to copyright and are solely owned by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or other distinguished members of the Royal House and Kingdom of Newland to whom they have been granted. It is unlawful for anyone to personally of commercially use or display any such Royal Newland heraldic emblem or insignia. Distinguished members of the noble Order of the Unicorn have the right to display and bear their associated arms, honour badges and the Order's Banner of Arms, for personal use only.      

N001: Law and Legality (ix) Data: It is unlawful for non authorized persons including but NOT limited to foreign powers, UK government citizens and government entities, such as government body subsidiaries to knowingly, and willfully, access, possess, control, export, store, seize, review, re-export, ship, transfer copy, manipulate any of the Royal House and Kingdom/Dominion of Newland's private technology, equipment or technical data, direct, or authorize users or persons to do the same. 

N001: Law and Legality (x) Liability & Obligation: H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or any appellation used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, is under no liability or obligation to act either in public or private as a Trustee for any "ens legis," or engage, or conform, or comply, or perform, to or with UK legislation, implied contracts or unlawful contracts of but NOT limited to, foreign powers, such as government body subsidiaries, corporations, agents or private bodies or persons, official or otherwise. All contracts implied or otherwise obtained without H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland's wet ink autograph/signature are "void ab initio".

N002: Website (i) Ownership: This website, www.kingdomofnewland.blogspot.com is the official government website of the House and Kingdom/Dominion of Newland and H.R.H. Lord Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland. Any other website is a fraudulent representation of the House and Kingdom/Dominion of Newland and the operators may be a subject to arrest and prosecution for offences against the crown.

N002: Website (ii) Images: All images featured on the Kingdom of Newland website are subject to copyright. All images and videos of persons featured have been granted use by consent of the person featured; images and videos of minors have been granted by the consent of their parents or legal guardian. 

N002: Website (iii) Advertising: All advertisement banner links featuring brands and logos etc. are the copyright of the individual company, business or organization etc. All companies, businesses and organizations who advertise on the Kingdom of Newland website do so at our discretion. The Royal House and Kingdom/Dominion of Newland, H.R.H Lord Robert of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or any appellation used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, has no connection whatsoever to any company, businesses, organization, individual, function, or event  that is advertised on the Kingdom of Newland website. The advertisers and advert banners hosted should not be regarded as an endorsement or recommendation  by the Kingdom of Newland, or H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or any appellation used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or any member of the Royal House of Newland, or the Royal Court, of the advertisers, their policies or their products etc.  Likewise the advertisers featured should not be seen as their endorsement or recommendation of the Kingdom of Newland, or H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or any appellation used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or any member of the Royal House of Newland, or the Royal Court.       

N003: Correspondence (i) Titles and Addresses: The Royal House and Kingdom/Dominion of Newland has no ‘ministers’, ‘secretaries’, or other similar titles associated with the Royal House and Kingdom/Dominion of Newland, its civil servants, or its government. It should also be noted that the the Royal House and Kingdom's/Dominion's offices do not include legations, embassies, consulates, or other diplomatic offices in any other sovereign state apart from the Caput Regnum (geo Kingdom/Dominion) itself acting as an Embassy within the United Kingdom.

N003: Correspondence (ii) Communication: The official language of the Royal House and Kingdom/Dominion of Newland is English. We always welcome messages of support and goodwill. The Royal household does not usually answer unsolicited or  unofficial letters, emails or other communications. Exceptions apply: Genuine inquiries relating to the Kingdom's products, or its donation and fund raising scheme: The Order of the Unicorn. All other communications are answered at our discretion.

N003: Correspondence (iii) Authorized & Non-Authorized Communication: H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or any appellation used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, does NOT receive or accept any unsolicited communications, either by post, phone, email or in person. Any persons, agent, or body, official or otherwise sending unsolicited correspondence or communications will be considered entering into a legally binding contract with the Royal House and Kingdom/Dominion of Newland, as detailed above: See fig 1.The Royal House and Kingdom of Newland, H.R.H Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, and the Royal Court reserves the legal right to issue a standard non-authorized communications summons or court order by demand of £500 (or more), to but NOT limited to, foreign powers, UK government citizens and government entities, such as government body subsidiaries, corporations, agents or private bodies or persons, official or otherwise, (either with or without an appointment or possession of a  Kingdom of Newland Visa), without a Kingdom of Newland Authorization Communication Code. A nonrefundable Kingdom of Newland Authorization Communication Code application currently costs £300 GBP, but does NOT guarantee that your application will be accepted or your communication granted. To apply for an Authorization Communication Code contact the Kingdom of Newland with your request for an Authorization Communication Code.  

N004: Products (i) Merchandise: The Royal House and Kingdom of Newland sells a variety of products and novelty merchandise as viewed on its website or its social media. Kingdom of Newland products are only sold through its website and its Cafepress and Zazzle online shops. Any other website claiming to offer or selling Kingdom of Newland products is fraudulent and are fake.

N004: Products (ii) Honours: The Royal House and Kingdom of Newland is now offering genuine honours in the form of titles (knighthoods and other non royal titles) as fixed donations of sale through its noble, chivalric Order of the Unicorn. Genuine Kingdom of Newland titles are only available for purchase through its website! Any other website claiming to offer Kingdom of Newland knighthoods or similar titles is fraudulent and any such titles purchased from it are fake. NOTE: Holding a Kingdom of Newland honour/title does not make one a citizen of the geo Kingdom/Dominion of Newland, or the United Kingdom, unless one already has citizenship. Likewise neither does it make one a member of the Royal House of Newland or its Royal Court unless one already is.

N004: Products (iii) Banner of Arms: The Royal House and Kingdom of Newland, is now offering a official Order of the Unicorn Banner of Arms (Flag) exclusively to all titled members of the Kingdom's noble and chivalric Order of the Unicorn. The Order of the Unicorn Banner of Arms is only available for purchase via contact through the official Kingdom of Newland website. Any other website claiming to offer or sell the Order of the Unicorn Banner of Arms is fraudulent and any such Order of the Unicorn Banner of Arms purchased from it is fake.

N004: Products (iv) Passports: The Kingdom/Dominion of Newland (Caput Regnum) does not and has never issued passports. Any passport claiming issue or representation of the Royal House and Kingdom/Dominion of Newland is fraudulent and fake! It is not a legitimate form of identity of citizenship of the Kingdom/Dominion of Newland.  Anyone using such a document are committing an offence and may be subject to arrest.

N005: Visitors (i): Civil and Non Civil: H.R.H Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or any appellation used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, does not receive any unsolicited visitors, callers or gifts. All implied rights of access have been removed. See as detailed below, fig 2. The Caput Regnum (geo Kingdom/Dominion of Newland) border is closed! No unauthorized visitors, official or otherwise, or vehicles manned or remotely operated will be permitted access, entry or sanctuary. No Trespassers! Unlawful aggravated trespassers may be arrested, prosecuted, sued and summons with a court order. Visitors, official or civil wishing to visit the Caput Regnum (day visits only by appointment Monday-Friday between 11am -3pm GMT) are required to have a Kingdom of Newland Visa. A nonrefundable Kingdom of Newland Visa application currently costs £100,000.00 GBP, but does NOT guarantee that your application of entry or visit will be accepted. To apply for a Visa contact the Kingdom.

N005: Visitors (ii) Emergency Services: Police, Fire Rescue, Ambulance and Doctors etc. will only be permitted entry into the Caput Regnum (geo Kingdom/Dominion of Newland) if assistance is required and was called for in advance, or in the event if there is a danger to life or property.

N005: Visitors (iii) Mail and Deliveries: Addressed mail and delivery workers will be permitted unhindered access across the Caput Regnum (geo Kingdom/Dominion of Newland) border to deliver mail, or preordered freight, or cargo, to the Caput Regnum.

N005: Visitors (iv) Waste Disposal Collection Services: Refuse and Recycling workers will be permitted unhindered access across the Caput Regnum (geo Kingdom/Dominion of Newland) border to collect the Caput Regnum's refuse and recycling.

N005: Visitors (v) Utility Service Providers: Essential staff of utility service providers (Water, Electric, Gas, Telephone) used by the Royal Household will only be permitted access to the Caput Regnum (geo Kingdom/Dominion of Newland) if the kingdom has specifically requested their visit in advance. NOTE: No Heat pumps, smart meters, smart devices, or other types of smart digital equipment or appliances are needed or required. No access official or otherwise will be permitted entry to the Caput Regnum (geo Kingdom/Dominion of Newland) to fit any such smart digital devices, equipment, or appliances.  

N005: Visitors (vi) TV License Enforcement Officers: The Royal Household is under no obligation to purchase a TV License. No TV License is required for the Caput Regnum (geo Kingdom/Dominion of Newland). No offence is being committed. No TV License Enforcement Officer, either with or without a Kingdom of Newland Visa will be permitted entry to the Caput Regnum. TV License Enforcement Officers will be considered unlawful aggravated trespassers and therefore may be arrested, prosecuted, sued and summons with a court order. 

N006: Airspace (i) Drones: It is not permitted to fly drones over the Caput Regnum (geo Kingdom/Dominion of Newland). Any unauthorized drones official, military or civilian violating the geo Kingdom's airspace will be considered hostile and may be taken down.

N006: Airspace (ii) Aircraft: United Kingdom military and civil, as well as international civil aircraft are permitted to fly across the geo Kingdom/Dominion of Newland's airspace but must follow the usual designated flight-paths and are not permitted to hover stationary or make slow deliberate maneuvers such as circling in sight of the geo Kingdom/Dominion of Newland. Police helicopters are not permitted to hover stationary, circle or make slow deliberate maneuvers in sight of the geo Kingdom/Dominion of Newland unless a crime is in process.

N007: Neighbors (i) Actions: The Royal Household wishes to maintain its good relations with its neighbors and all people, but unlawful actions, vandalism, trespass or antisocial behavior will be reported to the appropriate UK authorities.

N007: Neighbors (ii) Privacy: All neighbors are expected to comply with UK data protection and privacy legislation. Any infringement of the royal household's right to privacy by means of intrusive or covert recording of still or moving images, or by the recording of sound, is a breach of data protection laws and therefore they may be arrested, prosecuted, sued and summons with a court order.

N008: Representation (i) UK Parliament: H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert of  the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland and any appellation used by H.R.H. Sovereign Lord Robert James of House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, is represented in the United Kingdom parliament by South Dorset MP, the Rt Hon Lloyd Hatton. Lloyd Hatton is bound by the Official Secrets Act and therefore cannot and will not respond to any non-official correspondence, requests or otherwise attaining to or regarding either H.R.H Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or any appellation used by H.R.H Lord Robert James of the House of Newland, the Sovereign Lord of Scotland, or members of the Royal House of Newland, or the Caput Regnum (geo Kingdom/Dominion of Newland), or the Royal Court. Any such unofficial correspondence to Lloyd Hatton or indeed any other UK member of parliament, UK government offices, Courts, official heraldic authorities, Buckingham Palace or Royal offices of State, will be ignored and deleted.
